Your day looks like:
- Implementation, installation, configuration, and testing of necessary software and hardware to existing and new clients;
- Training clients on purchased/leased software, to enable efficient use of software;
- Responsible for planning and executing various post-deployment projects, such as server reconfiguration and installation, various hardware and geographic software migrations, and similar projects;
- Holds training of existing programs/software and QA sessions;
- In charge of simple applications;
- Holds all other internal training of existing programs/software for new employees.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to conduct 4 hour long training sessions with our clients;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Communicative, organised, and disciplined;
- Must be able to multitask.
This is how you stand out:
- Basic knowledge of Linux and IP networks;
- Basic experience/understanding in hardware and servers;
- Voice over IP;
- Bachelor degree in IT;
- CCNA Certificate.
