Your day looks like this:

  • You provide technical solutions, support and implementation to Bicom Systems customers;
  • Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues;
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including network configuration, setup of our products;
  • Ensuring proper implementation in production environments;
  • Performing remote installation on customer's hardware;
  • Training clients on purchased/leased software, to enable efficient use of the software;
  • Planning and executing various post-deployment projects, such as server reconfiguration and installation, cluster upgrades, various hardware and geographic software migrations and similar projects;
  • Holding training sessions of existing programs/software and QA sessions;
  • Conduct all other internal training of existing programs/software for new employees.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Linux and IP networks;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Ability to conduct product training sessions with our clients;
  • Must be able to multitask;
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

This is how you stand out:

  • Basic experience/understanding in hardware and servers;
  • Familiarity with VoIP (Voice over IP) technology;
  • Bachelor's degree in IT;
  • Certification in Linux, Cisco or similar technologies.

All new employees will be going through an extensive onboarding process, which will provide them with an opportunity to learn about our products in detail and prepare them for working with our customers.
