Our Sales team is looking for two entry-level Sales Development Representatives in Saint John, New Brunswick. At Bicom Systems, you’ll work in an environment that values respect and work-life balance, while collaborating with talented colleagues from around the globe. In this role, you will represent Bicom System's solutions. Working with other team members, you will generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects as well as cold-calling to find new potential sales outlets!

What your day will look like:

  • Utilize cold-calling, social media, and email to generate new sales prospects
  • Identify prospect's needs and educate them on the appropriate Bicom Systems solutions
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and identify industry trends
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing team to support various prospecting campaigns

Required Skills:

  • Strong English communication skills via phone and email
  • Team player who can also work well independently
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Willingness to learn new skills and be coached
  • Develop deep industry and product knowledge
  • Ability to travel outside of Canada
  • Adapts well to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and research skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

This is how you stand out:

  • <1-3 years of sales, customer service or relevant experience
  • Additional languages (Fluent in French/Spanish)
  • Previous experience with a Software/Telecommunications Company
  • Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce or comparable CRM software)
