Your day looks like this:

  • Configuring and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including hardware, system software, and applications;
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues;
  • Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary;
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely;
  • Researching and recommending new approaches to improve our IT infrastructure;
  • Providing technical support when requested;
  • Set up accounts and workstations;
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies;
  • Building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies (relying on GDrive and Confluence);
  • You will use Jira, Confluence, Miro and Google Drive for organization and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or similar role;
  • Some experience with Network management;
  • Basic knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery;
  • Basic knowledge of various operating systems and platforms;
  • Some experience with Windows and Linux Server Platforms;
  • Excellent computer hardware knowledge;
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A very good knowledge of English language.
