Our Customer Operations team is looking for a Partner Success Representative in Saint John, New Brunswick. At Bicom Systems, you’ll work in an environment that values respect and work-life balance, while collaborating with talented colleagues from around the globe. In this role, you will develop strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will work with our existing customers to ensure they're receiving the tools and support needed to develop their sales.

What your day will look like:

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with partners and customers.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, ensuring satisfaction and offering helpful solutions.
  • Regularly check in with customers to gauge satisfaction and educate them on our solutions.
  • Stay updated on our product offerings to confidently address inquiries.
  • Handle partner inquiries via phone and email, resolving or escalating as needed.
  • Encourage product upgrades and new purchases.
  • Process orders and manage deliveries.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, transactions, and customer feedback.
  • Provide guidance and resources to help clients grow their sales.
  • Use tools like SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Drive for collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns, webinars, and more.
  • Work closely with the Support team to ensure the best customer experience.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Diplomatic, tactful, and quick to learn new concepts.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Customer-first mindset, with a focus on sales.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

This is how you stand out:

  • Post-secondary education in IT or IT management.
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience and Customer Centricity principles.
  • <1-3 years of sales, customer service or relevant experience.
  • Previous experience with a Software/Telecommunications Company
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Fluent in additional languages (French, Spanish, etc.)
