Your day looks like this:
You will develop, refine, and implement standardised sales processes for our resellers and distributor bases;
Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and recommend improvements;
Ensure CRM and sales tools are used effectively by the sales team;
Monitor deal pipeline and forecast revenue performance;
Ensure resellers have the necessary tools and training to effectively sell the companies software;
Collaborate with the Partner Success team to address reseller needs and challenges;
Work closely with our Marketing, Finance & Compliance and Products departments;
Track reseller performance, analyse trends, and recommend actions to improve results of existing customers;
Maintain accurate sales data and generate regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and reseller effectiveness;
Monitor pricing strategies, discounts, and margins to optimise profitability;
Support onboarding and training for new sales team members and resellers;
Ensure compliance with company policies, reseller agreements, and licensing terms;
Maintain documentation on sales processes, pricing structures, and policies.
Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written English;
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably IT industry selling to the EU & US;
Willing to develop deep industry and product knowledge;
Outgoing personality with the ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working and partner relationships;
Strong computer and research skills;
University degree.

Additional languages (Fluent in French/Spanish);
Previous experience with a Software/Telecommunications Company;
Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce or comparable CRM software);
University degree in Economics, Management, etc.
