Your day looks like this:

  • You provide technical support to Bicom Systems customers via e-mail and live chat;
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions;
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration;
  • Ensure proper implementation in production environments;
  • Perform remote installation on customer's hardware;
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Knowledge of Linux OS and IP networks;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

This is how you stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT;
  • Voice over IP;
  • Certification in Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies.
